Current Status: Back before council Rejected Nov 21st by 3-2 vote (Causton and Herbert for & Jensen, Braithwaite, and Ney against)

Other Organizations and Companies involved: VIHA (funder), Cotter Architects (working for Baptist Housing), Capital Regional Hospital District (eventual owner of the land)
Total Cost: Unknown, but both Mount View and Garry Oaks Village will be in the $140 million range

Oak Bay High School Replacement
Current Status: Unknown (Funding for the school and the NLC have been approved)

Total Cost: $52 million+, of which 10% is for the Neighbourhood Learning Centre

Uplands Sewage Separation
Current Status: Stalled, awaiting Oak Bay staff to come up with alternatives to pump-driven system

Victoria Regional Rapid Transit Project
Current Status: Finished Phase 2 (choice of technologies), CRD and BC Transit are looking at funding options (lrtlocalfunding.ca)
Lead Agency: BC Transit
Other Organizations and Companies Involved: Capital Regional District (as major funder and possible replacement for Victoria Regional Transit Commission), local municipalities, Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Partnerships BC (as all major capital projects need to be “vetted” for P3 through them)
