Hi Eric. ATAC minutes are available from municipality. The plan is that OB will post them on the new website (soon we hope) but its still an outstanding issue to have the website up to date. Deborah, I absolutely agree, it does need a stop sign. I suspect that we need to prove that there is more bicycle traffic going straight through than vehicle traffic turning in order for City of Victoria Engineering to listen to us.

Following your posts with interest as I have a similar bike commute – I am surprised you didn’t mention the intersection of Chambers and Queens which I think is dangerous for cyclists riding downhill (north) on Chambers toward walnut street. Vehicles turning from Queens onto Chambers are impossible to see and have no stop sign. The potential for a vehicle to cut off a bike here resulting in a head-on collision seems high.
